All new hosting orders for our Swedish datacenter have been suspended as we have reached capacity and can no longer accept new customers.
Performance in the datacenter had degraded for some recent customers and to keep our promise of 99% uptime, we've temporarily migrated some services to our London facility.
We will continue to monitor the situation and assess the feasibility of working with another provider in Sweden, increase capacity in the current facility or boost services in our London datacenter to serve as a Pan-European hub.
We regret any inconvenience this has caused any affected customers, and we'll endeavour (as always) to provide a solution to our customers. If you are experiencing any issues with your service in Sweden, please feel free to contact us here. We will work with you to migrate your service to our London location, or if you would prefer: work with a third-party company to migrate you across seamlessly.
